Vendor Information

We are so excited that you are considering joining us as a vendor. Full details for the event of the month can be found at on our homepage.

 

The details of sponsoring are outlined here. You can share your passion through booking parties, selling product, educating guests on specials and any important details that you feel will help your business grow.  No need to worry about like products being represented. We typically have attendance between 30-50 women so bring plenty of business supplies. The goal is to help you grow and of course HAVE FUN!

  • You will have 4 posts inside the private FB group during the month you are the featured sponsor. Please provide those posts and graphics to us via email.

  • You will have 2 minutes in front of the room to introduce yourself and your business. Use this time to promote upcoming events, special offers to the group and book parties to grow your business. Mix and mingle! Your business cards and any flyers will be featured on the registration table. Please note: we do NOT offer sponsors tables to show product/service. We offer the opportunity to feature you and your business.

  • Arrive by 5:30p as some guests will arrive early.

  • Sponsors can bring one (1) item, valued at $15.00, to be given away in our drawings for guests.  Be sure to include your contact information with your gift to help advertise your business.

  • Share the event on your FB wall to provide added exposure. You are also welcome to post within the AWW FB event to give guests a sneak peak of what you are offering.

  • One business per vendor. Three vendors maximum per event with no overlap of product/service. For example: If one vendor represents skin care, we will not have another vendor with a skin care product/service.

  • $30.00 per event.  Payment accepted via paypal.
